You will see that this retreat is a “grassroots” Bali experience that will help you to reconnect, realign, learn and grow on every level – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually!
Bali is known as “The Island of the Gods” and for very good reason. It is steeped in ancient spiritual and healing traditions, that are the core foundations for every day life for these people, and the many Balinese Deities are very much foundational and integral in and to this ancient, traditional way of life!
The energetic essence and sacred, ancient power of this island is palpable.
You can get a very small sense of this powerfully magickal energy and essence in the busier tourist areas, such as Kuta, however it is not until you venture into the areas that are still untouched, pure, traditional and less “tainted” by western culture and tourism, that you will truly be able to get a sense of and feel for the island and it’s beautiful peoples energies, on a much stronger, tangible level.
It has been one of my most favourite places on this planet since I first visited there over two decades ago. Since that first visit, I have come and gone from this divine place many times and been truly blessed to experience the real, “grassroots” cultural and spiritual Bali, that not many have and have benefited from the deep healing and connection to spirit and self, that has come with those experiences.
This retreat is for those who would like to experience the deep, holistic healing that I have; for those who are feeling a primal calling coming deep from within their being – from a place that transcends the physical world – to heal and/or reconnect to their Inner and Higher selves, the elements, the Earth and to Spirit.
You will receive education on exactly what “energy” is and how we harness and use it to heal and manifest.
You will receive education on mindset from Franie D and a signed copy of her book – Mindset Magick – to help you to uncover and uproot any hidden subconscious or unconscious negative belief systems that you may have and she will give you the tools to work through them and replace them with positive, functional and empowering beliefs, to enable you to feel happier and healthier.
You will learn how to give your brain, heart and other organs, a voice and how to integrate the masculine and feminine aspects of your cellular being.
You will learn how Shamans of all ancient cultures detox their physical, mental and soul bodies, use certain techniques and practice conscious breathing exercises, so that they may be properly prepared to embark on spiritual vision quests. These vision quests elevate their consciousness and perception, which enables healing and the optimum health and well being of their physical bodies, the enlightenment of their soul bodies and therefore, a deeper connection to their higher/collective consciousness, higher dimensions and energies
You will be given education in Balinese spiritual & cultural traditions and teach you the correct steps of a Balinese Hindu Ceremonial Ritual and how to make a traditional offering basket for the ritual … AND you will be able to participate in a private Ceremonial Ritual that is dedicated to those on the retreat, in the intimate Jasri Dalem Temple, which sits across the road from the bungalows, flanked by rice paddies and flower fields on one side and the sea on the other.
You will have a deep soul healing and realignment when you are taken for an audience and healing with a Master Balian Shaman of Bali.
(A Balian is a Shaman/Healer that works closely with the Spirit world, to facilitate mind, body and soul energy healing).
You will be taken to one of the most sacred temples in Bali, to do ceremony and immerse yourself in the Holy Healing Waters, to be blessed with good luck and health.
You will do ancient dawn rituals and meditations, watching the sunrise, beneath a frangipani tree that is over 100 years old.
You will visit Besakih Temple, the very sacred Mother Temple of Bali, which is situated on Mt Agung and do ceremony there.
You will visit one of the beautiful, more remote and secluded waterfalls in Bali that is not overcrowded by tourists.
You will stay at the beautiful grassroots, rustic Jasri Dalem Surf Camp, which is located on the east coast of Bali, in the Karangasam Province and that sits in the shadows of Mt Agung, nestled in between Jasri Beach and a pure, freshwater creek, whose waters flow down directly from Mt Agung.
(If you surf, feel free to bring your surfboard or body board with you, as there is a great little surf break right at your back door)
You will be served healthy, fresh, organic and locally grown food for breakfast and dinner.
You will also have free time to just relax and “be” in the amazing healing energy of Bali.
